James and his team (Arnes in particular) did a truly incredible job refinishing our existing hardwood floor and extending new hardwood into adjoining rooms. Impossible to tell where the old stopped and the new starts. The whole thing looks amazing and will undoubtedly last for years to come. The communication, attention to detail, and overall quality ensured a great experience from start to finish.

We had flooring installed by HFS, and unfortunately the flooring wasnt what we were expecting when it was installed. Between a combination of defects in the flooring, and the cleaning method we were using the floor was damaged and needed to be replaced. James was awesome and made it right for us. He worked with thr flooring manufacturer to get it covered under warranty. He went to bat for his customer and didn't cave to the manufacturer. We ended selecting a different type of flooring that fit our needs. James and team installed it for free. The girls in the office were super nice and great to work with during this replacement. This experience is how all companies should treat their customers. This is a great business and we are planning to use them when we finish our basement and put carpet in. Highly recommend.

The folks at hfs were great. Keith and Josephus and the entire installation crew worked hard to get my floors installed in a timely fashion. Honey was in the ball with all the scheduling. I didn't shop around so can't attest to what kinda deal I got but I DID feel that I got my money's worth. My floors are beautiful and I'm very pleased..

HFS does a great job, I've used them for two hardwood flooring projects and one carpet project, with another carpet project coming shortly. James is great to work with; flexible, fair and responsive. These guys were awesome! They did the original 1960 white oak floors, complete with repair to a 6ft section. The floor was under the SAME carpet for nearly 6 decades. It was our grandparent's home. They also did a laminate floor over the family room concrete floor. It was artwork! Very professional, and great attention to detail. I'm so glad we had these guys bring a new beauty to a home we've had in the family for a very, very long time. It meant a lot to us, and we chose the right company to do the work.
